I had severe repetitive strain injury in my neck, upper back, and shoulders caused from between 6 and 16 hours on a computer 7 days a week for about 10 years.

Hi, I'm Lisa. I needed a home blood pressure monitor when I was pregnant, because when I went to the doctor my blood pressure was always borderline high. She asked me to get a home monitor and check my blood pressure every day to determine if this was a doctor-anxiety thing, or something that needed more attention.
